The Polytuff tank and galvanised chassis ensues maximum protection against chemicals and the environment providing a longer life. It's sleek low profile tank permits easier maneuverability under and around trees and vines. The shorter wheel base allows you to negotiate tight turns. The added optional feature of air straightening vanes allow uniformity and equalisation of air stream both sides of the sprayer ensuring maximum efficiency in spray coverage. Suitable for both orchards and vineyards, the Silvan Supaflow 2000 Airblast Sprayer provides state of the art technology giving yo the ultimate in crop protection performance. Unique design, Quality componentsFitted with your choice of backed diaphragm pump allowing years of work with minimal maintenance. Stainless steel spray bar with brass non-drip flip over nozzles for high and medium volume or off position spraying. The Silvan designed and built 900mm Varipitch fan with extension and straightening vanes, ensuring uniform air distribution either side of the sprayer. Easily removable "Maxi Air" plates target the important '2 to '10 canopy area of the larger stone, pome and nut trees. Simple three point adjustment of air exit means fast change from concentrated high speed blast, for the biggest tree crops, all the way through to low speed, high volume wind for close planted trellised targets. The rear fan assembly slides easily away to expose rear drive-line components including gearbox and mechanical agitator, together with all spray lines and hydraulic connections making maintenance easier than ever before. 100mm Pressure Gauge fitted at the front of the sprayer for ease of viewing from the tractor seat. Calibrated transparent sight line situated at the rear of the tank. Impact resistant Polytuff tank providing longer life and a smoother surface for ease of cleaning. Quality Bondioli and Pavesi driveshaft with quick release pins and safety cover. Manual cable control valve Adjustable draw-bar and jockey wheel. Remote drain tap for safe and easy drainage of tank. 455mm dual lid system fitted with non-spill breathers includes in-built chemical induction for more efficient and a safer mixing of powdered chemicals.
